- Identity Information: Full name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, selfie, BVN, NIN, and valid government-issued identification details.
- Contact Information: Emergency or reference contacts voluntarily provided during loan applications, used only for credit risk assessment and emergency communication.
- Financial Information: Bank account details, transaction history, loan application data, repayment records, airtime and data purchase history.
- Account Credentials: Username, password, and security details used to access your account.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information, including device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and network information.
- Usage data, including access time, features used, and transaction logs.
- Location information (to confirm use within Nigeria).
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third-party service providers, including credit bureaus, identity verification services, and payment processors, solely for risk assessment, fraud prevention, and service provision.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To create, verify, and maintain your account.
- To provide Services including airtime top-up, data purchase, and digital credit facilities.
- To assess creditworthiness, process loan applications, and manage repayments.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, unauthorized activity, identity theft, and other illegal conduct.

- To secure your account and improve the safety and performance of the App.

3. Android Device Permissions
To ensure security, functionality, and regulatory compliance, we may request the following permissions on your Android device:
- READ_PHONE_STATE: To secure your account, verify device identity, and prevent unauthorized access.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE & ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: To monitor network stability, confirm geographic location within Nigeria, and reduce fraud risk.
- CAMERA: To capture photos and selfies for identity verification; we do not access your photo gallery.
- READ_SMS: Solely for anti-fraud and risk control, including verifying transaction authenticity, detecting suspicious activity, preventing fraudulent applications, and protecting your account. SMS data is not used for marketing or unrelated purposes.
You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, but this may limit service functionality and security.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your personal information only in the following circumstances:
- With authorized third-party service providers who assist in operations, verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention, under strict confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, regulation, court order, or government request, including to law enforcement authorities such as the EFCC.
- In connection with the protection of our rights, property, safety, or the prevention of illegal activity.

- Ensure that all outstanding loans, fees, or pending transactions have been fully settled before account closure.
- After receiving your request, we will verify your identity and review your account status within a reasonable period.
- Once approved, your account will be closed, and you will no longer be able to log in or use the Services.
- Upon account closure, your personal data will be retained only as required for legal, regulatory, tax, or audit purposes, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
We reserve the right to refuse or delay account deletion if there are unresolved obligations, suspected fraud, or ongoing legal requirements.

Under applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal data, where legally permissible.
